Who is Agata Adamczak?

Agata Adamczak is a Sydney-based AI speaker and the founder of Lumii Advisory. Her keynotes and panel talks bring a clear, practical perspective on AI into the room — what AI gives back to people, how everyday work is changing, how to brief AI well, and how brands get found in AI search — drawing on nearly 20 years across data, digital strategy, search and AI visibility.

As Botify’s first ANZ hire and Solutions Consulting Director for JAPAC, she helped establish the company’s regional presence and bring its emerging AI capabilities to market. It’s the perspective she brings to every talk: explain the technology clearly, connect it to real work and help people use it with confidence.

01 / BRANDS & AI VISIBILITY

Find Your Brand’s Light
in the Age of AI

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini who to shortlist, is your brand in the answer?

ATTENDEES LEAVE KNOWING

  • How AI assistants now shape buyers’ shortlists — and why a brand can be missing from those answers without ever finding out.
  • What helps a brand get found, understood and recommended: a clearly defined identity, consistent information and credible sources.
  • How AI visibility differs from SEO, and a simple way to see how your own brand shows up today.
For
Marketing, brand and commercial teams.
Best as
A keynote or panel talk for marketing, brand and commercial audiences.
Keynote poster for company offsites: The real test of your AI offsite happens on Monday. AI at Work: What Changes on Monday? With Agata Adamczak.

02 / EVERYDAY WORK

AI at Work:
What Changes on Monday?

Beyond the impressive demos, what should actually change in how we work?

ATTENDEES LEAVE KNOWING

  • Where AI genuinely helps with everyday research, planning and communication — and where it falls short.
  • Where human judgement stays essential: checking outputs, protecting information and deciding what goes out.
  • One or two specific tasks each person will approach differently when they’re back at their desk.
For
Company offsites and cross-functional teams.
Best as
An offsite opener, ideally followed by a hands-on workshop.

03 / SIGNATURE KEYNOTE

Find Your Light:
What AI Gives Back

What does AI give back to your people — and which work is truly theirs?

ATTENDEES LEAVE KNOWING

  • A clear, hopeful way to think about AI and their own role in the work.
  • A personal light list, written during the session: three tasks to hand to AI, and the one piece of work only they can do.
  • One concrete change to make next week.
  • For leaders: the three things people need before they’ll adopt AI with confidence — permission to experiment, guardrails they can use, and time to practise.
For
Conferences, company offsites and leadership events.
Best as
An opening keynote for a conference or offsite, ideally followed by the Stop Prompting. Start Briefing. workshop.
Interactive session poster: Stop Prompting. Start Briefing. With Agata Adamczak laughing by a window. Better work starts with a better brief.

04 / PRACTICAL TEAM TRAINING

Stop Prompting.
Start Briefing.

Why does AI give our team generic answers — and how do we get better ones?

ATTENDEES LEAVE KNOWING

  • Why a brief beats a prompt: the context, audience, constraints and standards AI needs to do useful work.
  • How to challenge and refine what comes back, rather than accepting the first draft.
  • A reusable briefing approach they’ve already practised on their own work during the session.
For
Teams ready to build practical AI skills.
Best as
An interactive session or workshop rather than a stage talk — it’s built for participation and practice.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about booking an AI keynote.

01

What does Agata Adamczak speak about?

Four topics, each shaped around your audience: Find Your Brand’s Light in the Age of AI (for marketing, brand and commercial teams); AI at Work: What Changes on Monday? (for company offsites and cross-functional teams); Find Your Light: What AI Gives Back (for conferences, company offsites and leadership events); Stop Prompting. Start Briefing. (for teams ready to build practical AI skills).

02

Can an AI keynote be tailored to our audience?

Yes. Start with the question your audience needs to answer, then shape the session around your people and your event. The topics are starting points, not fixed scripts.

03

Does Agata speak on panels as well as giving keynotes?

Yes. Agata speaks on panels as well as giving talks — for example on a Havas panel at Amazon’s office — and can join a panel discussion shaped around your event.

04

How long is an AI keynote?

A keynote typically runs 30–45 minutes plus Q&A, and an interactive session 60–90 minutes with hands-on exercises. A keynote can also be paired with a workshop for the same team — for example, over a half day. Every session is shaped around your agenda.

05

Can a keynote be combined with hands-on AI training?

Yes. A talk gets people thinking; a hands-on workshop gets them doing. The two work well together: the keynote sets the perspective, and the workshop turns it into practice.

06

What is Agata’s background?

Nearly 20 years across data, digital strategy, search and AI visibility, with experience across the UK, US and APAC. As Botify’s first ANZ hire and Solutions Consulting Director for JAPAC, she helped establish the company’s regional presence and bring its emerging AI capabilities to market, before founding Lumii Advisory.

07

How much does an AI keynote cost?

Every course, workshop and talk is scoped with you first, around your people, your format and what you want to change. I confirm a fixed price after an initial conversation.

08

Where is Agata based?

Lumii is based in Sydney and works with teams across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
